Inspired by the south of New Zealand, and distinctive Cape Dutch architectural style, this home is timeless, solid and built with longevity in mind.

Outside, bagged brick and Wanaka schist are an ideal match for the home’s exterior. Its living spaces are defined by the use of high gable ceilings, an apex in the main living area, and a courtyard area designed to be protected from the prevailing wind which allows for year-round outdoor living. Concrete flooring contrasted with sisal, leather and caramel tones create a calm and warm indoor environment.
